I took the day off to cook. We have friends coming over Saturday.

So far I have one large beef brisket on the smoker, along with two delicious looking wild pork loins wrapped in bacon.
MMMM what could be better than smoked wild pork wrapped in bacon?

Tomorrow, I'l put on some chicken leg quarters.

All cooked with real wood fire and smoke, just as Odin would have wanted.
